**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s.
- Lead business analytics - consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership.
- Develop and implement brand communication plans ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
- Develop & lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement.
- Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhered across all different retail channel distribution.
- Develop and execute customer loyalty programs and innovation campaigns to maintain profitable relationships with key customers and drive higher retention rates.
- Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Monitor and review effectiveness of brand campaigns and loyalty programmes.
- Manage brand A&P, P&L, forecasting and optimize brand investments.
- Be ‘hands on’ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in marketing or related business.
- FMCG experience, critical to success with at least 2 to 5 years in a reputable FMCG company managing a brand.
- Experience managing skincare/ fragrance brand an added advantage.
- Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Bahasa).
- Team player, self - confident with strong leadership qualities.
- Independent & Innovative, multi-task and good time management skills.
- A go-getter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously.
