**Business Development Activity**
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, partners, corporations, government-linked entities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities, gaining a deep understanding of the company's target market.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals to potential clients and partners.

**Investment Portfolio**

Manage Investment Reporting:

- Gather monthly reports from companies in our investment portfolio.
- Summarize and process the collected data to create concise and informative monthly reports.

**Business & Administrative Support**

**Calendar Management**: Effectively manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for appointments and events.

**Meeting Facilitation**: Host internal meetings, capture comprehensive notes, and circulate action items, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.

**Project Oversight**: Monitor key projects and initiatives, tracking action items and progress to achieve desired outcomes.

**Stakeholder Reporting**: Drive stakeholder reporting by following up on strategic team meetings and project progress, keeping key stakeholders informed.

**Content Preparation**: Prepare memos, communications content, and presentations for internal and external audiences.

**Ad Hoc Support**: Assist with various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the executive team.

**Shadowing and Assistance**: Shadow executives in meetings, gradually taking on tasks to enhance efficiency and provide valuable context for decision-making.

**Time Management**: Help prioritize the executives' time, recommend key activities, and provide consistent feedback for optimization.

**Relationship Building**: Build strong partnerships and maintain the company's reputation for excellence through effective communication and relationship management.

**Optimization**: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance collaboration and operational effectiveness within the company.

**General**

Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Certificate/Diploma in any field (Preferably with financial/accounting analysis exposure/understanding)
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Possess a positive attitude, responsibility, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Must have own transportation.
- Willingness to travel to outstation locations when required.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
