**Responsibilities**:
- **Achieving KPIs**: Meeting company and outlet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service, maintaining good relationships with customers and team members.
- **Health Consultation**: Offering consultation on health issues, nutrition, and healthy diets to customers.
- **Product Promotion**: Promoting health and beauty products based on customer needs.
- **Market Awareness**: Staying updated on market trends, product knowledge, and nutritional findings.
- **Team Management**: Assisting the manager in motivating and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
- **Outlet Operations**: Managing cashiering, merchandising, and inventory, overseeing outlet operations.
- **Training**: Assisting in training and guiding team members, supervising subordinates' tasks.
- **Promotional Activities**: Supporting company promotional activities, including writing health articles or diet plans.
- **Education**: Educating the public and health professionals about nutrition through talks or training sessions.
- **Communication**: Ensuring timely communication with teams.
- **Administration**: Handling outlet administration tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**: Degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Technology, Community Health, or equivalent.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Personality**: Outgoing, pleasant, customer-friendly personality.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- **Attitude**: Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work fixed hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- **Experience**: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
