Job Description Your Role: Operation 1. Responsible for ensuring full compliance by all centres and principals in all aspects as outlined in the operations manuals & agreement. 2. Ensured all KLC Language centres utilise the KLC Portal for accurate tracking of student data, student information and other needful information for business tracking and analyses. 3. Worked closely with all other Heads of Department (HOD's) to design/plan, craft, set and implement and follow through all strategic Departmental/Company policies, procedures, systems and management decisions. 4. Communicates with centre principal issues with the other HOD’s and devises ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. 5. Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions. Also oversees budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. 6. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. 7. Review and improve operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures. 8. Analyse process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes. 9. Work with Management and Hods to plan for short and long-term goals. 10. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. 11. To resolve the centre maintenance and upkeep issue 12. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way 13. Expand the number of centres within the region. 14. To be involved in other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by the Company. Sales & Marketing 1. Built and sustained good positive rapport with key customers, such as feeder schools, principals, school counsellors, teachers, sub-agents, and all relevant potential lead sources, to ensure a continuous flow of revenue attainment and improvement. 2. Planned, organised, executed, and reviewed both online and offline promotional activities, events, exhibition, school visit, public presentation, webinar, digital promotional advertisement, promotional material recording/ presence &, etc. 3. Manage various of marketing platforms to obtain leads for the region 4. Build alliances and partnerships with other organisations. 5. To attend and assist the new branch centre/franchisee centre official opening. 6. Maintain an overall business growth of 20% quarterly. Talent Management 1. To recruit new staffs and ensure the stable manpower in Central Region operation 2. To provide training to centre manager Other Responsibility: 1. To cover the centre principal role when in need. 2. To arrange manpower to cope the daily operation 3. To approve leave of Centre Principal 4. To provide training and conduct meeting with centre principal Requirement: 1. Discipline, self-motivated and independent 2. Mus have basic computer literate 3. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to liaise with associates 4. Sales / Teaching / Psychology experience preferred but not essential 5. Must have own transport as the training location is different from the working location.
