In Plant Co-ordinator

**General Description**:
Handle operational daily task, site support and manage co-ordination between stuffing team and internal parties (FFD and Haulage Dept) to ensure smooth transaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with all parties to ensure empty container arrive on time to avoid delay in loading.
- Check, update and issue RFC once container complete loading in our operating system.
- Monitor vessel closing and update loading team to ensure no shipment will be rolled/ shut out especially when peak season.
- Update daily door to door tracker.
- Update F&N shipment and outbound number to Customer Service team in Bukit Raja Distribution Centre. This number will be used during door delivery and billing process.
- On site support including using customer's system/any type system for loading.
- Other administrative tasks when required (EMY Tracker)
- Loading monitoring, tally sheet and condition of goods.

**Job Requirement:

- **
- Min SPM/Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent field
- Computer literate, good data analysis and problem solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Ability to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
