Csr Specialist

**Organization Overview**:Amitabha Foundation is a dynamic and impactful non-governmental organization dedicated to take care of orphans, homeless senior citizens, underprivileged families, and kidney failure patients. With a strong commitment to making a difference in the community and beyond, we partner with corporations to develop and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that align with their values and our mission. Our focus is on creating sustainable, impactful partnerships that benefit not only our target communities but also enhance our corporate partners’ commitment to social responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential corporate partners with a strong inclination towards CSR.
- Develop and implement strategies for outreach and engagement with potential corporate partners.
- Prepare and present customized proposals that align our NGO’s initiatives with the CSR goals of corporate partners.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within corporate entities.
- Work closely with our program teams to ensure proposed CSR activities are feasible and align with our mission and capabilities.
- Monitor and report on the progress of CSR partnerships, including impact assessments and ensuring deliverables meet partner expectations.
- Stay abreast of trends and developments in CSR, sustainability, and related fields to ensure our offerings remain relevant and compelling.
- Represent the NGO at corporate events, conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and partnership opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related area, preferably with a focus on CSR or sustainability initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level corporate executives.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Passionate about social impact, with a keen interest in CSR and sustainability issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, presentations, and events.

**Working Location: Kuchai Lama**

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
