**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with system implementation partner and responsible for the project roll out of SAP FICO initiatives to meet the needs of the business, as outlined in the project business case.
- Coordinate work activities with external implementation partners in bringing the project to execution and live environment.
- Provide functional or process knowledge to bridge system process to business needs effectively (with focus in FICO master data, Journal process, invoice process, payment process, depreciation, month end closing and other customized processes).
- Responsible for SAP projects, including requirement gathering, feasibility study, design, configuration, testing, user authorization matrix, data conversion, project cutover, post go
- live support and documentation.
- Assist FICO lead in building internal capabilities to maintain and support the subsequent roll out of SAP FICO module for the group.
- Handle changes and service request related to SAP FICO as part of Business as Usual (BAU).
- Act as a liaison between the business users and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

**Qualifications**
- **A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.**

**Competencies Required**
- **At least 5-8 years of working experience in SAP implementation** and/or support project.
- **At least 2 full cycle end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO module.**:

- **Accounting background** is an advantage.
- **SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.**:

- Display ownership and passion for work with strong job commitment/responsibilities, and take initiative to look into issues, identify and resolve the problems.
- Good command of oral and written English, excellent communications.
- Team player, independent, good time management.
- Fast learner, flexible, willing to pick up new skills and able to work on multiple tasks.
- The ability to work well under pressure and demanding conditions/complexities

- Good business acumen skills, preferably in construction industry or project costing, or profitability analysis area.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, detail-conscious, self-motivated, organized, and results oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks and achieving tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Good time management and able to work efficiently.
- Knowledge of standard office processes, procedures, and technology
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
