Injection moulding operators operate and monitor injection moulding machines, in order to cast products from thermoplastic materials. They regulate the temperature, pressure, and volume of plastic, according to pre-defined specifications. Injection moulding operators also remove finished products and cut-away excess material, using a knife or other hand tools.

Through our production facilities, we specialise in the manufacturing of high quality and high precision plastic components by utilising our moulds engineering capabilities. In addition, we also manufacture precision plastic components by employing special decorative moulding processes, including: - double-shot injection moulding, - rapid heat cycle moulding, - ultrasonic welding, - tempo and silk printing, - hot stamping, - spray painting designed to achieve certain desired visual and quality effects. Plastic components sub-assembly also form part of our secondary manufacturing service offerings. We have developed a rigorous quality assurance system by focusing on product quality to minimise defect rates and satisfy our customers’ requirements for precision and reliability.
