Job Description:
- Responsible to provide administrative and office support activities to facilitate smooth operation of the company.
- Responsible for administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior/management.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years relevant experience in related field.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be able to **SPEAK, READ AND WRITE MANDARIN **in order to manage documents written in **MANDARIN.**:
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to start work in a week notice.
- Must possess own transport.
Job based in Nilai.
