**JOB DESCRIPTION**

JAWATAN : Juruteknik Mekanikal

JABATAN : Operasi (M&E)

**PRINSIP- PRINSIP KETANGGUNGJAWABAN DAN TUGAS UTAMA**

1. Menjalankan kerja-kerja senggaraan berjadual samada harian, mingguan, bulanan, tahunan dan sebagainya mengikut jadual yang disediakan terhadap Sistem Penyaman Udara & Pengudaraan
(ACMV).

2. Mengenalpasti punca-punca masalah kerosakan ACMV dan memperbaiki kerosakan mengikut masa yang telah ditetapkan (Response & Rectification Time) dan melaporkan kepada Penyelia /
Juruteknik Kanan.

3. Menyediakan laporan harian tentang sistem ACMV untuk dilaporkan kepada Penyelia.

4. Membantu Ketua anda di dalam membuat, menilai, mengawasi kerja-kerja perolehan, pengujian dan pentauliahan pepasangan alatan baru serta pelupusan alat-alat yang perlu.

5. Bertanggungjawab memelihara, mengemaskini dan membantu penyelia anda mengenal pasti alat ganti, perkakasan (tools) dan barangan hapus guna yang perlu dipesan agar stok bagi alat ganti, barangan hapus guna serta perkakas penyelenggaraan adalah sentiasa mencukupi dan berfungsi dengan baik.

6. Menyelesaikan segala masalah seperti rungutan, permintaan, komen, kritikan dan ketidakpuasan dari pelanggan.

7. Membantu Ketua anda mengemaskinikan semua maklumat peralatan dan aset Fasiliti ke dalam
Sistem Maklumat Sinar Jernih Sdn Bhd dan memastikan semua Rekod dan dokumen disimpan dengan baik seperti yang tertera di dalam prosedur-prosedur Syarikat.

8. Membantu dan melibatkan diri membantu Syarikat dalam melaksanakan sistem ISO.

9. Menghayati, mengamal dan melaksanakan segala peraturan Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan serta mana-mana keperluan undang-undang Malaysia semasa berada di kawasan Syarikat dan pelanggan.

10. Anda juga mestilah bersedia untuk melaksanakan tugasan ”Multitasking”, dimana anda diarahkan untuk menjalankan tugas-tugas penyelenggaraan yang berkaitan (tidak terhad kepada
Pendingin Udara, Penyejukbekuan dan Pengudaraan sahaja).

11. Membantu jabatan-jabatan lain sekiranya khidmat diperlukan.

12. Sentiasa mengikut arahan yang diberikan oleh pegawai atasan.

13. Bersedia untuk dipanggil bekerja pada waktu diluar waktu bekerja secara ‘on-call basis’.
