Location: Qingdao, Shandong Province, China

Position: Kindergarten principal

Level of school: Kindergarten

Student age: 2-6 years old

Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- **Educational Leadership**: Inspire and guide the kindergarten to maintain high educational and care standards.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement an inclusive early childhood curriculum that meets international standards.
- **Staff Management**: Hire, train, and mentor teaching and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure excellence in teaching and learning activities.
- **Parental Engagement**: Maintain effective communication with parents to partner in their child’s educational journey.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to both local and international educational regulations and standards.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Create an environment that respects diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- **Community Engagement**: Build strong community relations and participate in local events.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: At least Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years in early childhood education, with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in an international setting.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English with basic Mandarin communication skills.
- **Certification**: Early childhood education teaching certification.
- **Skills**:Leadership and administrative capabilities.
