The Logistics Executive is reporting to the Logistics Manager and responsible for overseeing the flow of goods and services through the organization. Commonly work in a team of logistics specialists to plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of this process.

**I.** **DAILY TASK**
- To lead a team to manage daily operations of logistics operational activities.
- Ensure the material issuance follow FEFO/FIFO.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of a team of who receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store.
- Updating inventory list.
- Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.
- Preparing delivery schedules.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs of storage facility.
- Entering data into a database.
- Maintaining optimal stock levels at minimum cost.
- Calculating storage and clearance costs.
- Managing incoming and outgoing invoice.
- Sort, organize and store inventory in a proper location.
- Repairing, safeguarding and safekeeping of all the equipment/materials.
- Maintaining records and SQL systems stock level and equipment tracking status.

**II.** **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Executive the strategic logistics functional plan to ensure high customer satisfactory with emphasis on customer experience.
- Optimize and coordinate inbound and outbound cycle or procedure including the Customs affairs.
- Ensure compliance with all logistics & transport laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and minimize risk in supply chain management.
- Managing assets such as facilities and equipment, including planning for repairs and replacements.
- Responsible on the overall logistics management and administration including to prepare the monthly / yearly report to Customs officer as per dateline given.
- To manage and coach the warehouse and logistic team to ensure smooth daily activities.
- To manage transporter and ensuring goods are delivery to the site on a timely basis.
- Ensure periodic preventive maintenance and checks are carried out with proper records on material handling equipment and pallet racks.
- To prepare logistic analysis report such as delivery analysis, picking, ad packing analysis and others on time and accurate.
- To ensure proper documentation of Logistic operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the logistics department.
- Monitor and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate with vendors and carriers to secure competitive rates and services.
- Oversee inventory management and shipping activities.
- Track shipments and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Analyse and improve existing logistic processes to optimize efficiency.

Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and other stakeholders.
- Any other duties assigned from superior from time to time.

**III. QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic management / Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Sea Freight / Air Freight / Shipping Industry and well verse in Customs procedures.
- Prefer with experience in LMW.
- Experience in SQL systems is an added advantage.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Logistic Executive and also to demonstrate the following personal attributes:

- The must have proficient knowledge in the following areas.
- Communication and Writing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
