**1. Accounts Payable**
- Receipt and payment of invoices, certificate of payment and staff claims.
- Match the invoices with the purchase order and delivery order (if have any). Send to Superior for verification before recording the expenses into general ledger.
- As for invoices and staff claims, to prepare the recommendation of payment and forward the documents for approval.

**2. Accounts Receivable**
- Issuance of Invoices, tax invoices and debtor’s collections.
- Timely issuance of invoices and/ or tax invoices upon request.
- To print and forward the statement of accounts to respective department to follow up payment.
- To monitor and prepare sales report e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Website, Tiktok, etc.

**3. General Ledger**

Daily and Monthly Records
- Key-in Journal entries.
- To check the daily transaction processing.
- Prepare and submit draft account to Superior for checking and review.
- Prepare and submit performance report to Superior for checking and review.

Yearly Records
- Assist in internal and external audit queries and audit documents preparation.

Reconciliations
- Prepare and submit the reconciliation of bank statement to Superior for checking and reviewing.

**4. Cash Flow Management**
- Update Daily Bank Balance and to submit report daily.
- Update daily bank-in bank register, key in into the accounting system.

**5. Fixed Asset and Inventory Management**
- Record new fixed asset purchased and update Administration Department.
- Monthly stock take and record inventory and monitor depreciation matters.

**6. Document Filing**
- Maintain orderly filing and documentation system.

**7. Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management**

**Qualification**

**Skills**
- Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Knowledge in Accounting System is an added advantage.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Able to liaise with auditors, bankers and tax agents.
- Good interpersonal and pro-active approach skills.
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly analytical skills.
- Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
