**A Leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing Group (Shah Alam, Selangor)**
The role reports to the Head of HR, leads a team of 3 HR staff, and is responsible for the HR operations at the Shah Alam plant with a headcount of 400.
**Required**: Strong HR Business Partnering skills and experience in managing Blue Collar and Foreign workers, and IR/ER matters in the manufacturing industry.
Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
- Manufacturing industry: 10 years (preferred)
- Strong HR Business Partnering skills: 10 years (preferred)
- managing Blue Collar: 10 years (preferred)

- IR/ER matters: 10 years (preferred)
