**Requirements**:
- **3 years** of related experience preferred
- **Fluent in English & Mandarin** any other language is a plus in order to assist and communicate with clients/guests
- With pleasant personality and able to communicate with customer effectively
- **Team player + Team Working Spirit**:
- Positive learning attitude and a passion in customer service
- Experience in **Local cuisine** will be favourably considered
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
- Working closely with Restaurant Manager to achieve sales target
- Ensuring restaurant cleanliness at top notch and safe working environment
- Expediting customers’ orders as needed and maintaining good relationship with customers
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conducting regular inspection of the restaurant kitchen & beverage to ensure proper standard of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
