'¢ To performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department. '¢ Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g.,disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, currency changes, and payment term). '¢ Prepare management accounts and analyze management reports. '¢ Manage year end audit and dealing with auditor from time to time '¢ Perform monthly closing of accounts and timely submission of management accounts '¢ Maintain proper accounting records, schedules, account payables and account receivables '¢ Assist in preparation of yearly budget '¢ Monitors processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors. '¢ Handle full set of accounting work such as invoices, payment voucher and etc. '¢ Monitor cash flow transactions, update daily cash flow position. '¢ Submit the monthly financial reports and prepare the consolidated of financial statements '¢ Ensure all financial transaction are up to date and recorded and all supporting documents are proper filling. '¢ Liaise with auditors, tax agent, banker, secretary and third party if necessary. '¢ Checking the deposit transactions to ensure the amount received match with the bank account.
