**Responsibilities**:

- 1.Reporting to Asst RTSO & RTSO, for any inquiries related to terminal or loading operations
- 2.Evaluating captins's fitness to work for each & every trip/s by communication and visual and evaluation
- 3.Get captain's declaration on taking any medication(any medicines)
- 4.Discuss with captains for any hazards, changes to the Journey Management Plan (JMP), HSSE attention required during their return from the previous trip
- 5.Discuss with captains regarding the Journey Management Plan (JMP) (Journey Management(JM), Road Hardaz Mapping(RHM) and Marshalling Plan(MP) for that particular trip before they enter the terminal for loading
- 6.Ensuring that captains taking the correct Bulk Loading Instruction(BLI), documents and seals for that particular shipment before entering terminal for loading
- 7.Ensuring that captains deliver products to the correct stations by using the correct Road Hardaz Mapping(RHM)
- 8.Conduct daily toolbox meeting for captains & ensuring that captains are really understand on the material shared- 10.Conduct loading spot-checks inside gantry
- 11.Liase with operations on Duty for any changes to the schedule planned**Benefits**:
