**Job Purpose**

To lead, plan, execute, and report on IT related Internal Audit activity within the AXA Asian Market businesses to provide timely, independent assurance and in doing so, to improve the control culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the completion of all phases of the audit process for assigned multiple concurrent audits to the required Group and IIA standards.
- Oversee the responsible IT audit portfolio, work closely with IT and business units to identify audit schedule and resource requirements, regular review of own portfolio with other Asia IT Audit Leadership Team members.
- Ensure high quality of reporting and audit work performed.
- Work with management in tracking action plans to assist with timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with the Head of IT Audit, CAEs and Asia IT Audit Leadership Team to ensure awareness of issues relevant to the control environment of the responsible entities, share knowledge and best practices.
- Develop effective relationships with relevant management.
- Perform risk assessments for the areas of IT and business covered, contribute significantly to the responsible entities annual internal audit plans.
- Keep abreast of emerging technology and development of relevant industry, regulatory and corporate matters that may affect the responsible entities and their Internal Audit Department’s work.
- Responsible for own professional development and pro-actively identifies relevant training and development needs and develop own professional network.

**Experience -**
- 8 -10 years of related experience.
- Extensive / strong IT, IT security, or IT audit experience.
- Exposure to and familiarity with internal audit concepts and risk assessment.
- Mastery of principles and practices of technology, including information risk management, IT management and governance, IT security management, system development lifecycle, IT operations, project management.
- Good technical knowledge of information security and cloud computing.
- Experience in data analytics would be advantageous.
