Internship Admin

Develop a production schedule detailing all task and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is following the schedule
- Troubleshoot problem that occur during production, including staff shortage and machinery malfunction
- To handle all enquiries from customer, provide appropriate feedback and alternatives
- Assist to follow up on the status of the order and monitor closely
- Data entry for quotation, sales order, Invoice, delivery order and report.
- Administrative works supporting operational staff.
- Monitor stock inventory and top up.
- Monitor production and raw material cost
- Collect and assess data about the production and team performance
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
- Can work under pressure & multi-tasks

**Requirements**:

- At least SPM or higher.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Attention to detail, mature positive work personality and a team player.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Mon - Fri (8am - 5.30pm), Sat Alternate (8am - 1pm)
