1. Maintain and ensure utility boilers are in good condition and uphold responsibility to prevent unwanted downtime during production

2. Responsible and fully in charge of selected machinery / equipment to ensure it’s perform as per KPI.

3. To perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance on designated machine/equipment based on TPM requirement.

4. Operate and supervises on a continual basis of fire tube boiler (8 - 17 bar) and high pressure boiler; monitors steam pressure and operates manual release and blow off valves.

5. Performs repair and parts replacements as required to pass boiler inspection and ensure safe operation & maintain water softener.

6. Conduct analysis and record boiler water, feed water, condensate and soft water as and when required.

7. Chemical handling, steam and condensate sampling and desecrator operations to ensure all the parameter within the limits.

8. All services lines, e.g natural gas, steam condensate, water, soft water for leaks & reports any defects immediately

9. Make necessary preparations and follow ups with contractors for annual boiler inspections by relevant authorities

10. Comprehensive records keeping of all activities and an important data in the boiler logbook.

11. To make daily report and improvement action when abnormal happen

12. To establish / revised / update all the format based on the need or issue

13. To prepare daily technical report and submit to superior for review

14. Track hourly and daily steam usage for each lines and update to immediate supervisor.

15. Perform check by instructing the down line (boiler man) to perform check on each steam lines to ensure no steam leak at the steam pipe.

16. Communicate within team members and superior to find solution for continuous improvement

17. Repair work or machine adjustment to be done within given time to avoid excessive time lost

18. Ensure the housekeeping of the boiler house area in good, clean and neat

19. Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirement

20. Register competency of Boilerman certificate (**1st grade**)

21. Check, monitor and carry out job repair if any on the Waste water treatment operation
