**Scope of Work**

**Preparation Phase**
- Work together with the Supervisor Heat Exchanger by identifying spade points as per the Equipment Isolation Sheet, rated & and non-rated spades requirements, stud bolts, gaskets, and test rings.
- To ensure the Breech Lock Heat Exchanger Special Jigs are serviced and transported to the identified area location.

**Execution Phase**
- During the execution, ensure the Heat Exchangers and Breech Lock Exchangers activities are executed as per the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor Heat Exchanger for all materials, tools, and equipment and availability to carry out the work.
- Ensure work is being carried out as per the requirements of the Permit to Work and Job method / Scope of work and good engineering practices.
- Break flange for System and Equipment spading including Hydrotesting Points using rated spades.
- Unbolting Channel/Bonnet or Manhole Covers.
- Drop covers.
- Execute using chain block for pull bundle activities if required.
- Support bundle pulling activity by bundle puller.
- Install/hang metal tags for equipment number identification at tube bundles and channel covers.
- Heat Exchanger Shell mechanical cleaning as per inspection finding.
- Tube bundle installation after cleaning and inspection acceptance.
- Install channel covers and test rings as hydro testing requirements, floating head, U-Tube bundle, etc.
- Preparation for hydro testing and built-up pressure.
- Rectification for leak points and depressurization after inspection acceptance.
- Despading.
- Work closely with the Flange Management Team to ensure all the touched joints have already been tightened using the methods for Manual Torque, Hydraulic Bolt Torque, and Tensioning.

**Post Turnaround Phase**
- To ensure that the Post TA works have been completed within a set timeframe and daily update to the Supervisor Heat Exchanger.

**Education Attainment**:

- Certificate in Mechanical or Vocational Training

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Petrochemical, Oil, and Gas.
- Experience as a Mechanical Fitter for Heat Exchangers and Static Mechanical works i.e. Floating Head, Fixed Tube, Kettle Type Exchangers, Breech Lock Exchangers, Air Fin Coolers, etc.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
