**We are looking for SAP Service Desk - Consultants**

Job Title : SAP Consultant - Service Desk

Job Mode: Hybrid

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience. Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome.
- Initial experience in IT user support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the work processes in the User Help Desk.
- ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- High customer orientation and a strong service mindset Independent, independent and structured way of working.
- Reliability, ability to work in a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

**Expectations and Tasks**:

- As a member of the SAP Support Service Desk Team, you will focus on the smooth running of the various support activities.
- You oversee the control of incidents and the service request process.
- You are willing to proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
- You will be trained in your new area of responsibility by friendly and competent colleagues until you can take it on your own responsibility.

**Salary**: RM6,059.12 - RM15,436.17 per month
