2. To carry out all production processes as assigned by the Leader / Supervisor according to the documented procedures and work instructions. 3. To inform Production Leader / Supervisor or in his absence the QC officer of all quality problems encountered. 4. To record results of inspection in the in-process inspection record forms. 5. To identify all in-process materials with appropriate product identification label and inspection status. 6. To keep their respective work area and machines clean always.
