**Job Description and Qualifications**

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all activities related to PGG Transfill are executed in a safe manner according to AP guidelines, procedures and best practices so that in general this builds up the AP safety culture.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To perform cylinder & dewar filling activities.
- To ensure analysis are carried out based on the product requirement.
- To load and unload cylinders & packs to/ from trucks
- Prepares delivery schedules for distribution and walk-in customers.
- Responsible for SAP transactions related to good receive, good issue, cycle counting or other inventory-related activities.
- Take proper care of plant inventories e.g. cylinders, tools, fittings, hoses & etc.
- To carry out plant maintenance for plant equipment
- To ensure Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed during refilling activities.
- To ensure safety requirements are followed in the plant, including for customers and visitors.
- To assist internal & external audit and to comply to all the operating procedures.
- To assist in customer’s complaints investigation
- To escalate any operation issues to superior.
- To perform other duties as directed by superiors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum with SPM qualification
- Preferably 1 year experience in plant operations
- Basic knowledge in MS Windows Office
- Possess good oral and written communication skill.
