R&d Assistant

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work independently with effective problem solving skills
- Knowledge of HALAL, GMP, ISO 22000 standards will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in basic laboratory skill
- Female (preferred)

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist in R&D of new product
- Responsible for maintaining proper lab documentation
- Perform sensory evaluation, product testing and analysis as per requirement
- Communicate and report to superior if any non-conformance product occurs and offer solutions
- Manage batch samples, conduct shelf life testing and documentation
- Handle food additives and ingredients required for production
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of laboratory. Ensure good housekeeping/ good lab practices in laboratories
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by superior

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
