**Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Executive (Gaming Industry)**
**Job Summary**: As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive in the gaming industry, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote our games, engage with the gaming community, and drive user acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies across various digital channels and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Execution and Optimization**:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials for campaign deployment.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and agencies to develop visual assets, videos, and interactive content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines in all digital marketing materials and communications.
- **Community Engagement and Social Media Management**:
- Engage with the gaming community on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to participate in conversations and promote our games.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators, and gaming communities to amplify our brand reach and drive user engagement.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing campaigns, such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to gain actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:
- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscape in the gaming industry.
- Monitor competitor activities, marketing strategies, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges for our games and brands.
- Share findings and insights with the marketing team to inform strategic planning and campaign ideation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in digital marketing, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and engaging with online communities.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in digital marketing.
- Enthusiasm for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and player preferences.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
