Officer, Mediclinic

**Job Purpose**
- Responsible to verify and to conduct medical claims assessment for cashless and reimbursement, attend to client / insurer / members enquiries and to handle claims bordereaux for reimbursement cases.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely, quality and accuracy of claim assessment on cashless / reimbursement cases. To adjust assessment when necessary and ensure claims amount at internal system is updated.
- Ensure timely, quality and accuracy of medical claims assessment according to stipulated guidelines and procedures. This shall include ability to recommend for approval / rejection of claims with Senior Officer’s approval.
- Ensure client’s enquiry on claim assessment and claim bordereaux are attended to in a timely manner by referring to Senior Officer for advice and guidance.
- Ensure close working relationship with all interdepartmental head / staff to coordinate, arrange all aspect of services required.
- To perform other general office and administrative work as necessary to the functions of the department / company.
- To participate / carry out any other duties that may be required by the management.

**Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong results orientation, interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
