The Executive Supply Chain is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and overseeing supply chain operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Strategic Planning and Management**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Analyze and optimize the supply chain processes from procurement to distribution.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance supply chain performance

**Procurement and Supplier Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

**Logistics and Distribution**:

- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.

**Inventory Management**:

- Develop inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement inventory management systems to track and manage stock movements.
- Analyze inventory data and forecast demand to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Use data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and identify trends.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain metrics to senior management.
- Utilize technology and software tools to streamline supply chain processes.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Implement contingency plans to address disruptions in the supply chain.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma or Degree in related fields such as Business Management, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management
- Fresh graduate or Entry Level
- Familiar with Microsoft System & Application

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
