Pe Coordinator

**Key Competencies**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Strong spoken and written English. Conversational Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Tech savvy
- Proactive, resourceful and organised
- Willing to work on Saturdays

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and actively participate in the PE Programme
including the appointment and supervision of external providers and ensuring booking facilities are available
- Manage Health & Safety matters, which include upkeeping the quarantine room, first aid kits, and fire extinguishers, conducting fire drills and attending any related briefings by the building management and authorities
- Execute marketing strategies & PR events such as Open Days, talks, conferences etc Liaise effectively with MSSD Coordinator for all matters regarding MSSD sporting events
- Communicate effectively with the school community regarding school sporting events
- Lead and engage the team of House Captains for Sports Day
- Source and organize sporting matches with other schools and sporting bodies, and ensure appropriate coaching and supervision
- Ensure PE lists are current and monitor attendance records
- Liaise with the bus supervisor to ensure transport requirements are met
- Facilitate professional development to ensure high quality provision of PE programme
- Manage Sports budget and advise on budgetary needs
- Attend meetings as required, providing regular communication and resources surrounding planning, delivery and learning
- Celebrating success of students for the continued participation, improvements made to healthy lifestyle and success in sport, preparing documentation and certificates relating to these achievements
- Execute marketing strategies & PR events such as Open Days, talks, conferences etc
- Other responsibilities as directed by the Management

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
