Plastic Mold Cad/cam Programmer

RESPONSIBILITIES 1 To generate 3D model by using Cad / Cam software as and if required. 2 To split 3D model into core, cavity and etc as and if required. 3 To generate tool path for CNC machines. 4 To take part in technical discussions with Tooling Designer, Production Department and Mould Maker. 5 To follow instructions given by superior. 6 Comply to QMS, EMS / OHS requirements and procedures. AUTHORITIES 1 To supervise workflow in CNC machines to ensure schedules are met. 2 To decide on cutting tools and necessary peripherals for CNC machines. SKILLS REQUIRED 1 Minimum education level - SPM or 2 2 years working experience in CNC machine and Cad / Cam programmer. 3 Understanding of QMS, EMS/OHS procedures and requirements.
