1. Performed daily checking related to laboratory analysis from incoming oil, online checking and finished products (colour, moisture content, cloud point and foreign matter).

2. Inspection packaging material based on shipping instruction (SI), shipment advice (SA), purchase order (PO) or artwork.

3. Review lab data, validation and stability protocols/documents, batch records, specifications, and manufacturing orders for compliance.

4. Prepare samples for external lab testing and request by shipping.

5. Monitor production to ensure that they meet production standards.

6. Advise inspection results with HOD for any deviation or quality issues for any incoming raw materials and finished products that fail to meet specifications.

7. Accept or reject finished items.

8. Support manufacturing through timely process of any quality issues, change controls, assist in customer complaint handling, and investigations to ensure quality products.

9. Maintained and organized documents such as Halal, GMP, Food Safety and Quality System and HACCP.

10. Person in charge signed COA

12. Supervising QA staff i.e work schedule, OT, discipline, work output/quality/accuracy & calibration. (QA/QC)

13. Coordinate sample for external laboratory testing as well as customer requirements.

14. Identify all training needs, organize and be a trainer for all level staff to meet quality standard. (HRDF)

15. Working with operating staff & HOD to develop and establish procedures, standard and systems. (SOP)

16. Develop, review and establish all specification of raw materials, finished good, process, WIP, CIP, chemicals and all related to production as well as customer requirements.

17. Prepare documentation for any customer complaint as when needed.

18. Prepare documentation for any audit (internal/external) as when needed.

19. Any others job as directed by Superior in Charge.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
