Human Resources Executive

Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employee relative to standard policies, benefits and hiring process.
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
- Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
- Responsible for Industrial Relation activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events or staff engagement activity such as benefits enrollment, annual dinner, employee recognition events, birthday celebrations.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
