Conduct in-process quality control (IPQC) inspection.
- Monitor and ensure production operators' hygiene.
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness and good functionality of all equipment and utensils.
- Update stock inventory for raw materials used.
- Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing; ensuring verification of all inspection reports and send to QC Executive/HOD on-timely manner.
- Responsible for reporting immediately to QC Executive/HOD/production supervisor any deviation or abnormalities detected during in-coming, in-process, or daily monitoring process.
- Assist in checking and updating QC Executive on maintenance and calibration for measuring instruments and gauges to ensure optimum functionality.
- Assist in checking and improving safety and quality control procedures within Kesari room and IPQC inspection.
- Do filing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform all other duties maybe assigned to support continual improvement of Food Safety and Quality Management System i.e: undertaking short-term or long-term projects involving product quality improvement.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
