- Be a commission hungry, deal-seeking, profit thirsty sales executive.
- Do market research on industry knowledge, companies and job titles. Understanding market trends.
- Time to level up with some serious lead generation at least 100 Let's crush it daily and stay ahead of the game with a smart plan.
- Dial up the energy every day, reaching out to a solid flow of potential clients at least 150 and showcasing our value with enthusiasm.
- Follow-up with clients and secure the bag.
- Adhere to the sales process closely.
- Always ask for the sale during each call back with clients.
- Able to handle pressure, work fast-paced and learn quickly.
- Able to handle rejections like a G.O.A.T.
- Work Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
- Be punctual because if you are late, your sale will be late. On the phone 8:30 am sharp because your clients are waiting.
- Achieve monthly sales KPIs.
