**Job Description**:

- KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Troubleshoot PC and fix the issues
- Install and setup printers
- Attend to customers’ request for repairs & maintenance of barcode printers
- Conduct preventive maintenance on a timely basis
- Help to troubleshoot and solve the technical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and Supervisor to solve complex issues
- Prepare IT-related document, and do filing
