Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services and effectively articulating their value propositions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Engage with decision-makers, identify customer needs, and tailor product offerings to match their requirements.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of products/services to potential customers.
- Overcome objections and handle customer queries in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Use sales scripts and strategies to present compelling sales pitches and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales managers to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training, coaching, and self-development.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales and productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
