As a BIM Technician, your primary focus will revolve around leveraging Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies to contribute to the seamless integration of design and construction processes. Drawing on your intermediate-level expertise, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining BIM models for a variety of projects, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will encompass the creation of detailed 3D models, coordination with other disciplines, and the production of construction documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of BIM best practices, ensuring data accuracy, model integrity, and adherence to project timelines. This role offers a unique opportunity to further enhance your BIM proficiency, engage in diverse and challenging projects, and actively contribute to the advancement of BIM workflows within a dynamic and collaborative engineering environment.

**The Opportunity**
- Represent the team or group at external meetings. The role may be involved in developing events, activities and internal projects of some complexity.
- Collaborate with the team to assist in leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation for projects and teams, gaining foundational knowledge in BIM processes.
- Support the development and enforcement of BIM standards and protocols.
- Assist in collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to create BIM models and ensuring data consistency and coordination between disciplines.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Recognized relevant qualification such as a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Building and Construction
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of BIM in Data Center space preferred.
- Relevant MEP Building Services experience within a consulting business environment.
- Proficiency in BIM360, Revit, Bluebeam and Navisworks.
- Relevant experience in various projects phases, from concept development to construction.
