Regulatory Affairs Executive

1. To ensure new product registration is done and updated constantly. 2. To ensure complete registration of new products and variations 3. To liaise with National Pharmaceuticals Regulatory Affairs and other local authorities on registration of new products. 4. To conduct any job assigned by the superior. 5. To assist the Business Development Department on regulatory documentation. 6. To assist in report audit preparation, any processes in Regulatory Affairs. 7. To ensure that the completion of registration as follows: Natural/Traditional: 6 month, OTC Abridge: 6 month, OTC FE: 9 months Pharmaceutical : 18 months, Vaccines : 24 months 8. To act as active Halal Committee Member. 9. To act as active Safety Committee Member. 10. To manage the registration of trademarks. 11. To ensure all renewal of license are done on time. 12. To ensure timely responses to communications.
