Front Office Supervisor is responsible for Front Office Department by ensuring SOPs are in place and consistently followed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that sufficient staffing is present to meet daily business demands.
- Maintain consistent and effective flow of communication between shifts among Front Office staff.
- Actively participate in training and continuing education of all Front Office staff.
- Approach all encounters with guests and employee in a professional and personalized manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the Hotel.
- Must have a professional image and personality display confidence and leadership skills whilst encouraging safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Understand and communicate promotions and enhancements effectively with Front Office staff and guests.
- Serve as a general information source. Act as a sales person for the Hotel.
- Build rapport with guests; escort guests to rooms as necessary, encourage feedback throughout their stay.
- Offer to handle special arrangement during guest stay; coordinate future visits.
- Assist with additional Front Desk task.
- Oversee inventory and ordering supplies for Front Office.
- Complete projects in a timely manner as required by the Operations Manager.
- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working in hotel: 3 years (required)
- as Front Office Supervisor: 1 year (required)
