**Daily Operations**:
Responsible for the daily operations and management of the data center. Develop infrastructure operation and maintenance strategies and plans to ensure stability, considering quality, efficiency, cost, and safety. Enhance control and contingency capabilities through digital operations management, ensuring timely repairs and risk closure.

**Safety and Compliance**:
Implement safety production requirements for all positions within the data center to prevent major accidents or mandatory rectification. Identify compliance risks, establish and refine risk management mechanisms, and handle major incident reporting and follow-ups.

Develop local resource network management, deepen relationships with local governments, and ensure stable, safe, and compliant operations.

**Optimization and Improvement**:
Responsible for optimizing operational maintenance of the facilities under your jurisdiction. Develop or refine operational management systems, manuals, emergency management processes, and contingency plans. Optimize energy efficiency for high-performance operations. Collaborate with the cost management team to establish cost and efficiency analysis models, achieving operational goals.

**Technical Support**:
Lead the technical management side of data center operations, providing technical support for data center design and equipment selection through technological advancements. Provide on-site technical support for business equipment, understand business needs and network structures, and effectively support data center operations through teamwork.

**Team Management**:
Manage the daily operations of the data center operations team, including assessments, talent development, and technical training to enhance service levels. Establish smooth communication channels with operators and supervisors to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with operational strategies.

**Job Requirements**:
Expertise in a specialty of AIDC or IDC projects (Electrical, HVAC, Automation, etc.), with additional relevant professional knowledge and system analysis capabilities.

Strong execution abilities, quickly identifying and transforming high-risk issues into actionable plans and resolving them swiftly.

Deep cooperative experience with mainstream infrastructure service providers, comprehensive understanding of the internal mechanisms of internet companies and infrastructure providers.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field preferred.

Fluent in both Chinese and English;
Relevant professional certifications required;
6-8 years of work experience with at least 5 years in AIDC or IDC operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
