**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Inspecting existing systems and making recommendations intended to improve the efficiency and/or safety of that system's performance.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated

heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated airconditioning equipment, and make necessary adjustments or repairs; service and
- repair evaporative coolers- Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration

of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring systems
