Internship- Retail Product Consultant

**Job description**
- Product Knowledge: Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the retail products & services offered by the retail.
- Customer Assistance: Assisting customers in understanding product features and benefits.
- Customer Services: Gaining experience in delivering excellent customer services by addressing customer inquiries, resolving basic complaint or issues and ensuring customer stratification.

**Requirements**:

- Current undergrad pursuing a degree in Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent
- Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Required skill (s): good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, positive learning attitude
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Maharajalela, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
