The rise of e-commerce has had a significant effect on the courier delivery industry. As the demand for faster delivery has increased, so too has the need for more efficient courier delivery supervisors. These supervisors are responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of their delivery staff, ensuring that orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

They must also be able to anticipate potential problems and develop solutions to solve them. To be a successful courier delivery supervisor, one must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Furthermore, supervisors must be able to work closely with other departments such as customer service and warehouse operations in order to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Oversee daily courier operations, ensuring safe, timely and accurate deliveries.
- Recruit, train and manage courier staff.
- Create and update delivery schedules, routes and procedures.
- Monitor and track order progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations concerning delivery operations.
- Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
- Schedule regular vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Investigate and document any reported accidents or incidents.
- Monitor driver productivity and performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies.
- Prepare reports on deliveries, productivity and other relevant details.
- Maintain an inventory of vehicles, equipment, supplies and other materials.

- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of courier delivery policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of delivery personnel.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer communications.
- Knowledge of local roads, routes and geography.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations and safe driving practices.
- Physical fitness to lift, carry and deliver heavy packages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
