**Job Responsibility**:

- Trouble shoots and rectified electrical breakdown
- check list and monitor on chiller
- closely monitoring on BAS systems
- Planning and propose Energy saving idea for improvement
- Monitor daily electrical consumption and plan accordingly.
- upgrade most of the old control panel by design own circuit
- prepare monthly electrical consumption on graft factors
- Lead control circuit and modification

**Job Requirement**:

- A4 certificate
- 2-4 years relevant experience.
- Advantage experience in Building Maintenance
