**Responsibilities**:
- To assist in interacting and dealing with customers in the hardware store.
- To assist in the controlling and properly maintaining of company documents, DO, Invoices & Debtor.
- To ensure proper filing and matching of documents for account payable.
- Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing in accordance with quality requirements via electronically stored and hardcopy for easier retrieval.
- Maintain the files and record in sequence as required.
- Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, mailing, filing, and answering general queries by phone.
- Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Criteria**:
- Applicants must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent in any relevant fields.
- Applicants should possess a general knowledge of tools, hardware supplies, paint and sundries, building materials as well as other related products.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu, English.
