**Job Description**:

- Responsible to perform technical service for the area assigned as per plan to understand customer’s expectation, provide technical solution to them and feedback to management for any improvement required internally. Regular follow up with sales team to understand the supports needed from CSD.
- To attend to customer complaint and follow up on corrective / preventive action, ensure SCAR is responded on time and customer’s satisfaction is meet.
- Participate in flour matching and customer’s flour trial. Provide technical advice to ensure the success of the trial.
- To ensure product test performs is compliance to master testing plan and meet minimum requirement from customers. To analyze the test result and feedback to superior / management for strategic decision making.
- To analyze competitor’s flour performance, alert with the changes in competitor’s quality trend and market feedback to assist management in making decision on wheat purchase, sales strategy and quality improvement needed.
- Ensure R&D assigned is executes as per plan and adhering to company direction to achieve the target of Black Sea Wheat / similar grade usage, flour balancing and meeting customer’s expectations.
- To conduct product test on any flour streaming study and offline study. Consistently improve flour quality based on customer requirements, benchmarking with competitors, wheat quality and flour streams analysis.
- To issue reports on time for internal and external. Ensure all request from internal and external customers are attended on time. To follow up on sample issues for customer trial and ensure feedback is recorded for future reference.
- To maintain FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL and SIRIM requirements to conform to regulatory and customer’s standard.
- To ensure confidentiality of Company’s wheat grist, flour formulations, wheat, and flour quality.
- To be an active member in Lab MBU1 and give continue support by contributes to safety observation, improvement idea and 5S activities.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor in Food Science/ Food Technology
- 1-2 years working experience in related industry
