**SITE SUPERVISOR**

Office Location : Ara Damansara, Selangor

Site Project Location : Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak, Kedah, Penang and Johor.

Salary Range : RM2,000 - RM3,500 per month

Sub Classification : Foreperson/Supervisors

Sector : Construction (Specialist in flooring)

**RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**
- Ensure consistently high-quality standard work to meet project schedule, technical specification, quality plan, and safety requirements.
- Work arrangement with main contractor representatives for the execution of the project, including on-site communication, work permit, attending site meetings, and performing site walk.
- Ensure all material requisitions are adequate, timely, and stored properly.
- Liaise with the main contractor on project and site operations.
- Manage the foreign worker daily, understand project flow and site practices.
- Submit daily progress reports from time to time to the project team manager
- Keeping detailed records of site activities and the workers attendance. REQUIREMENT **Able to work at flexible times**:

- Able to work outstation / travel
- Technical Certificate / Diploma / Degree
- At least 1 years of experience working in construction sector
- Experience in site supervising work will be an advantage
- Strong project management abilities & self-motivation
- Able to work independently
