1) Produces machine parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC machines; 2) Create programming documentation; 3) Understanding of the operation of drills, lathes and milling equipment; 4) Setting up and maintaining computer manufacturing and products machines; 5 Programming precision computer equipment according to per-job specification; 6) Ability to read schematics,blueprint,drawing & others documentation; 7) Writing and maintaining job completion list & other documentation as needed; 8) Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspection on work piece using caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, pin & plug gauges and visually conforms to specifications; 9) Performance daily, weekly and monthly CNC maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including lubrication, cleaning and tool replacement
