Account Executive

We are actively seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. By meticulously managing our financial records and supporting investment decisions, you will play a vital role in our company’s success. Join us in maintaining financial transparency and driving our organization’s growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Forecast costs and revenues.
- Manage tax payments.
- Organize internal audits.
- Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments.
- Analyse financial trends
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (UBS)
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
- Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
- Time-management abilities
- Confidentiality
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
