**Job Descriptions**:
Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of work.
- Motivate and empower team members to achieve performance goals and meet project objectives.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Plan and prioritize electrical maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with maintenance planners to schedule preventive maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and address electrical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Installation and Commissioning:
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Ensure that installations comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-commissioning tests and inspections to verify the integrity and functionality of electrical installations.
Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to raise awareness of electrical hazards and safe work practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing electrical work.
**Requirements**:
- Recognized SPM or SPVM or technical certificate in a relevant branch of electrical and/or electronic.
- Minimum five (5) years working experience in oil, gas & petrochemical industry relevant to maintenance services for electrical equipment and system and three (3) year experience in supervisory role.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
